Rodeway Inn Marietta near Dobbins ARB

There was no breakfast as advertised and the rooms were horrible very gross and they required a 30 dollar cash deposit that I did not get back at the end of the stay.

Front desk service was very stiff. The room smells. The toilet was flush against the wall, very uncomfortable. Very little soap, bring your own soap

It was.in awful condition...mold...strangers knocking on the door...staff arguing with dissatisfied customers...but it was 7 minutes from where I needed to get to.

First they given me a smoking room. A double bed. When I ask for king bed, the building was a in and out drog traffic

The room was fairly clean but the couch was very dirty. But my overall stay was pretty good.

The general safety in the area.I had a rental fullof stuff and was with my two kids alone.

The front hotel person did not greet me so well when I checked in and lied telling me there was only one bed in the room.(There was a sofa bed and a bed inside).

It wasn't clean the only chair, love seat was so soiled and broken down we couldn't/wouldn't sit in it. The hair dryer didn't work. And the door bolt didn't connect. it was Quite frankly a disastrous experience. The two people working were very nice.

It wasn't clean smelled like mold.. Everything was old or falling apart. Water was coming from the ceiling. N price was to high for that hole in the wall

The location was convenient to my event. There was good water pressure in the shower.

The room, while clean, was quite rundown. Cobwebs on the ceiling, rips in the carpet, stains on the floor and walls, a small hole in one of the walls, the sink dripped and did not have a stopper, and there was rust on most of the metal surfaces.

There were insects in the room. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor without shoes. Tha carpet looked gross.

The staff was rude. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom door looked like it was kicked. I ended up cutting my stay 2 nights instead of 4 and the hotel only refunded me for 1 night instead of 2. I will never stay there again. It was terrible.

The images online gives a false illusion of this hotel. I have stayed at other Howard Johnson hotel before, but I must say this one was the worse. I was initially fearful because of room location. I will not stay again.

Our room was clean and just as described. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth and quick.

The only issue I had was that the breakfast was only from 6am until 9am, so I missed it. There was a McDonald's next door so it wasn't a big deal.

The location was perfect. We were not that far from everything. The breakfast wasn't horrible.

The wifi didn't work at all. And just about everything was broken. I stayed one night and I was in hell. My brother and I could not wait to leave the next day.
